Ingredients
  

Cannabutter

  • 1/2 cup cannabis-infused butter melted

Brownie Batter

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs room temperature
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder

Optional Add-ins

  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips for extra richness
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts for crunch

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9×9-inch baking pan or line it with parchment paper.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the cannabis-infused butter.
  • Remove from heat and stir in sugar, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract.
  • Let the mixture cool slightly, then whisk in the eggs one at a time.
  • In a separate bowl, combine the flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add this to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • If using chocolate chips or walnuts, fold them into the batter.
  • Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
  • Let the brownies cool completely before cutting to ensure even THC distribution.

Notes

Start with a small portion (5-10mg THC per serving) and wait at least 2 hours before consuming more. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks or freeze for up to 6 months.
